Natural turnover and extensive renovations to a number of their facilities had created available space in their warehousing which Tomkinson wished to fill.
Tomkinsons has decided to begin moving away from transport and logistics towards standalone warehousing and sought an experienced marketing agency who understood how to attract commercial tenants.

We redesigned their brochures, marketing materials and pitch documents and sourced a database of potential clients to which we sent direct marketing – all resulting in full warehouses.
