Branding and website for ambitious employment area
Built around a former airbase which is now one of the UK’s leading motorsport venues, Snetterton Heath is a rapidly growing commercial estate which has been home to warehousing and manufacturing since 1978.
Today, it covers over 40 hectares, with an additional 25 hectares earmarked for development, and is home to international companies including Natures Menu, Hitachi, FedEx and Kettle Foods.


What Breckland Council needed
Owned by five landowners, Breckland Council wished to create a unifying brand and website to focus interest in the future development of the commercial estate.
They asked us to spend time with each stakeholder to identify their vision for the area and create a new name and brand with which to promote the estate to potential tenants from across the region, UK and beyond.
This would result in a website detailing the commercial estate’s benefits and the particular plans and offerings from each of the five landowners.


What we delivered
We arranged meetings with each of the landowners to understand their individual plans and aspirations for the commercial estate and agree a unified vision for the development.
As they were uninspired by the current working name, Snetterton Heath, we proposed a number of alternative brands which we discussed with each stakeholder, before finding consensus and finalising the design.
We produced a number of concepts for the website which we developed into the final design. Having gathered specific information, plans and imagery from each of the stakeholders, we populated the new site and the council launched the brand and website to local acclaim.
