What Incodia needed
Having rebranded to Incodia in 2018, the senior management sought strategic marketing support to grow their new brand in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Reliant on long term relationships with many of the UK’s biggest brands, Incodia sought both strategic advice and outsourced marketing support to proactively reach and attract new clients.


What we delivered
Working closely with the senior team, we developed a marketing strategy to quickly achieve the strategic objectives of their retail and trade divisions.
Helping minimise the impact of the pandemic, we worked with the sales team to prioritise proactive campaigns, including social media, PR and direct marketing (email and mail) to target companies.
Keen to diversify, we helped the leadership team explore new opportunities in parallel markets, including direct sales and packaging, with new websites and SEO.
We delivered extensive content marketing which raised Incodia’s profile as a sustainable, innovative and market-leading supplier and drove traffic to their websites.
In 2023, Incodia became part of Longacre Group and Woodberry Packaging.
