Established for over 30 years, Gaia Underfloor Heating are one of the UK and Ireland’s largest providers of underfloor heating – installing it within commercial and residential developments including offices, industrial settings, public buildings and housing estates.
As well as design and installation, they have also led innovation with their product range, including their decoupling membrane heating system.


What Gaia Underfloor Heating needed
Gaia had experienced significant growth and recognised the key role of marketing.
They required a formal marketing strategy to help ensure growth continued and to help them decide whether to expand their in-house marketing team or outsource it to a trusted marketing agency.
Often viewed as a luxury, a change in building regulations has seen underfloor heating become a more suitable option, including when paired with sustainable heat pumps. This was an opportunity which Gaia were keen to capitalise upon through marketing.


What we delivered
We spent time with the Gaia team to understand the differing sides of their business (which includes Amber and Cli-Mate) and the specific needs of Gaia Underfloor heating.
Having analysed their existing marketing, competitors, target customers, the most effective marketing channels and recommend messaging, we presented our strategy.
Gaia chose to ask us to support the majority of the delivery, including content marketing such as SEO blogs and targeted press releases, sector advertising in key trade press and graphic design and messaging to help refresh their brochures, datasheets and sales aids.
In addition, we rebuilt Gaia’s website with a new design, imagery and content to better reflect their market leadership, improve SEO and provide visitors with all the information they require.
