Essex Sexual Health Service

Provide CIC were looking for an expert marketing partner to help them create the right marketing strategy and deliver the marketing identified.

Working in close conjunction with all their partners and stakeholders, Provide CIC needed support to develop a new marketing plan to help publicise their sexual health services and public health messaging across Essex.

In addition, their existing marketing team needed close support to help identify opportunities and deliver both ongoing marketing and specific campaigns.

What we delivered

As the service is delivered by many partners, we conducted workshops with small groups to gain their opinions, before creating a marketing strategy which was adopted in full.

As well as continuing to advise at a senior level, we began supporting their existing marketing team to deliver a proactive mix of marketing, including social media, press releases, digital advertising, posters, window displays and digital campaigns.

In addition, we’ve delivered a brand-new website, including creating sister sites for partners and specific landing pages.

We have also designed and delivered specific campaigns for reaching young adults, including launching the eC-Card free condom app with posters, bus advertising, social media, digital advertising and Spotify adverts.

We contributed significantly to the marketing element of the 2022 tender process which saw Provide Community awarded a further 7-year delivery contract.
