Cli-Mate (formally Underfloor Shop) is a successful online supplier of both wet and electric underfloor heating products to tradespeople.
What Cli-Mate needed
Keen to appeal exclusively to tradespeople (and less to home owners and DIYers), Underfloor Shop wanted to rebrand to a more approachable name which would also give them greater scope to expand into other heating and cooling products.
What we delivered
Working with their leadership team, we carefully researched their market place, customers and competitors to produce a marketing strategy which carefully defines their target audience.
We created a range of brand concepts based around names which clearly communicates what they deliver and their focus on trade supplies.
From the six concepts, Underfloor Shop chose ‘Cli-Mate – Your friend for trade underfloor heating supplies’ for its fun and memorable feel and the ability to apply to both heating and air conditioning products.
We refined the design and provided a brand guide including suggested messaging to ensure its effective use across their website, marketing and products. In addition, we designed trade stands, brochures and flyers to help launch the new identity.
In May 23, the change to Cli-Mate was successful made!
