Established in 1986, Tomtech have become the UK’s leader in technology which helps horticulturalists grow bigger, better and faster crops in commercial greenhouses.

Their systems monitor and control irrigation, fertigation, ventilation, heating, lighting, shading and more to optimise growing conditions.

Benefitting from a long-standing and loyal customer base, they sought a marketing agency who could understand their sector, update their marketing materials, better communicate their product’s strengths and compete with rising competition.


Despite the innovative nature of their products, Tomtech felt their marketing had become dated and their status within their sector was declining due to the marketing of their competitors.

They asked for a mix of marketing which would energise their brand and proactively reintroduce their range to many within the UK horticultural and farming sector.

Services provided

Our graphic design and communications team quickly accessed their existing marketing materials and proposed a solution which could be used across any and all aspects of the marketing.

We began by launching key marketing channels including social media and direct marketing – by email and mail to the UK horticultural sectors – whilst addressing each element of their marketing materials and website in turn.

In addition, we highlighted and exploited other opportunities, including content marketing (PR) and sector advertising.
