Established in 2016, we have expanded quickly with loyal clients in sectors including professional services, technology, manufacturing and public health.

We deliver high-quality strategic, digital and creative marketing to help businesses grow – from a single element to totally outsourced delivery.

We have ambitious plans to further grow our business in 2023 and are currently looking to fill a number of positions.

 

The Role

We require an enthusiastic and creative person to join our team and play a key role in our delivery of social media and related content marketing.

Working alongside the directors, account managers and other execs, you will help create social media – from ideas to delivery.

Though a good understanding of social media marketing is important, you will receive support to create social media which genuinely delivers results.

Applications are welcomed from candidates who have studied or experienced delivering social media for a business, organisation or agency.

Though initially a Social Media Executive, the right candidate will have an opportunity to progress and explore other areas of marketing.

The role is office-based in Norwich city centre.

This is a full-time role. However, part-time applications are also welcomed.

 

Key Duties

  • Delivering regular posting on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
  • Generating post ideas, themes and campaigns
  • Contributing to the graphic design of posts
  • Monitoring trends and competitors
  • Liking, sharing and commenting on posts for our clients
  • Growing key personnel and company followings
  • Establishing and managing paid campaigns
  • Exploring new ways to increase reach and engagement – such as video and animation
  • Supporting content marketing such as blogs, explainers and press releases

In addition, depending on your skills and preferences, you may also have the opportunity to contribute to other elements of marketing, including:

  • Strategy and planning
  • Branding and messaging
  • Digital marketing (incl. website design, SEO, PPC and analytics)
  • Direct marketing (incl. email and direct mail)
  • PR and content marketing
  • Graphic design, marketing materials and advertising

The Person

Essential

  • Experience or qualifications in delivering social media
  • Well organised and able to effectively plan your own workload
  • Comfortable with a relaxed but productive environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adaptive, dependable and keen to learn

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Business, English, graphic design or marketing related qualification
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Content writing skills or experience
  • Digital marketing or web design skills or experience
  • Graphic design or animation skills or experience
