Digital Marketing Lead, Laura Nunn, is the latest member of the team at Full Mix Marketing to celebrate six years’ service, despite the B2B (business-to-business) marketing experts only taking on their first employee in late 2017.
Laura joined the company in early 2019, focusing on digital marketing for the agency’s growing number of clients, in sectors as diverse as manufacturing, technology, logistics and business services.
“From day one, Laura was such a conscientious person that we hoped she’d be a colleague for many years. She’s often our unsung hero, problem solving digital challenges for our clients and overseeing our ever-expanding SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and PPC (online advertising) delivery” says Sarah West, Founder and Managing Director of the Norwich-based agency.
And, in the six years in which Laura has been delivering digital marketing for Full Mix Marketing, her role has noticeably evolved.
“As our clients have become larger and more numerous, Laura has increasingly managed more complex PPC campaigns for us. As experts in content marketing, a big part of Laura’s role is helping our colleagues create content and PR which provides the biggest boosts to our clients’ online visibility” adds Sarah.
As Digital Marketing Lead, in addition to PPC, SEO and digital analytics, Laura takes a lead on improving their clients’ websites and building new ones.
“’Ask Laura’ is a common cry whenever there is a query relating to websites – and she always has the answer or works hard to find it! That level of knowledge and determination is critical in a fast-paced marketing agency” states Sarah.
Laura joined Full Mix Marketing with a degree in Graphic Communication and over a decade of experience delivering digital marketing for a Norwich-based publisher and a social media marketing agency.
Since then, Full Mix Marketing has established itself as a leading B2B marketing agency, delivering effective marketing for companies and organisations who work with other businesses.
The team now supports firms in a wide variety of sectors, including engineering, packaging and electronics, and has a growing client-base which stretches from Bognor Regis to Newcastle.
Away from work, Laura not only supports the footballing aspirations of her young sons, but is a stalwart of the team at Taverham Ladies FC.
“The biggest change in six years has been that recently the custard creams have disappeared from Laura’s desk! She’s ditched them to help enhance her footballing prowess and, if you know Laura’s love of custard creams, that’s quite a sacrifice!” concludes Sarah.
