Laura marks four years at Full Mix with rise to Digital Marketing Lead

As she celebrates four years with East Anglia’s leading B2B marketing agency, digital marketing specialist Laura Nunn has become Digital Marketing Lead for Full Mix Marketing.

Her new title and status come in response to the growing role which Laura performs within the expanding firm.

“As we’ve grown, so have our clients’ digital marketing needs and the level of skills Laura provides. Her new title recognises the great job she does leading the way in all things digital” says Sarah West, Managing Director of Full Mix Marketing.

Laura joined the firm in January 2019 with over a decade of experience delivering digital marketing for a major publisher and a social media marketing agency.

Having studied graphic communication, Laura’s career has seen her specialise in the digital design of websites and other technical aspects of digital marketing.

“Laura is a problem solver. If something is a challenge, she finds a solution. It’s led to her developing some really advanced skills in website building, coding, SEO and paid search” adds Sarah.

Laura takes responsibility for digital marketing such as online advertising (PPC or paid search) and search engine optimisation (SEO), including analysing results and coordinating her colleagues’ actions.

“We don’t use automated decision making or reports in our SEO or PPC management. We rely on expert judgement and it’s Laura’s insight which has helped quadruple traffic to some client’s websites in just a matter of months” says Sarah.

A significant part of Laura’s role is turning design concepts and content created by her colleagues into highly effective websites.

She is currently constructing websites for clients including underfloor heating specialists, an economic development area, gas measurement experts, sexual health services, an app developer and a thermoplastic manufacturer, as well as Full Mix Marketing’s own new website.

“Digital Marketing never stands still and the great thing about my role is having the opportunity to keep on top of developments. It’s lovely to look back over the last four years and see what a difference we’ve made for our clients” says Laura.

Full Mix Marketing has established itself as East Anglia’s leading B2B marketing agency, delivering effective marketing for companies and organisations who work with other businesses (B2B).

The team currently support businesses in sectors ranging from manufacturing and new technology, to public health and specialist recruitment.

With the Full Mix Marketing team recently joined by a number of new recruits, Laura has also shown her skills supporting her less experienced colleagues.

“We couldn’t have got where we are without Laura. She’s a deep thinker who won’t rest until she’s delivered a great result. Plus, she’s always willing to share her stash of biscuits which is very handy when you’re peckish!” concludes Sarah.

Outside of work, Laura relaxes by walking her fox red Labrador, Arya, and supporting her aspiring footballer sons from the touchline.
