Marketing professional Karina Zimmermann has been promoted to Account Manager at East Anglia’s leading B2B marketing agency.
Previously elevated to Senior Marketing Executive, Karina’s role has once again risen in recognition of her excellent performance and growing respect from colleagues and clients alike.
“Karina has skillfully managed many of our customers’ marketing, coordinating the efforts of our team and giving expert advice and support. The title of Account Manager is very much deserved!” says Sarah West, Managing Director and Co-founder of Full Mix Marketing.
This month, Karina celebrated two years with the full service marketing agency, having joined in 2021 with over a decade’s experience delivering marketing for Bernard Matthews Foods.
Karina’s role has seen her working closely with the directors and senior managers of businesses in sectors including heating technology, retail space planning, laser surveying, manufacturing and logistics.
“I’m delighted to become Account Manager. My role gives me the best of all worlds – working closely with our lovely clients, supporting my colleagues to deliver great marketing and giving expert advice which makes a difference” says Account Manager, Karina.

Originally from Koblenz in the wine-making region of western Germany, Karina studied business management at the UEA (University of East Anglia) and stayed in the UK to develop her career.
In 11 years at Bernard Matthews, Karina led a number of significant projects including national advertising campaigns and rebrands, before taking a career break to raise two young daughters with her partner Matt.
With Full Mix Marketing experiencing significant growth, Karina manages marketing for an increasing number of clients, as well as helping develop the skills of her colleagues and being an accomplished content writer.
