Katy celebrates 4 years at Full Mix Marketing
Four years at Full Mix Marketing for designer Katy

Graphic & Website Designer, Katy Williamson, is this month celebrating four years since she joined East Anglia’s leading B2B marketing agency.

However, the valued member of Full Mix Marketing’s team feels like her first four years at the full service agency have gone quickly:

“It seems a long time since I joined and my first project was to help rebrand the agency and create our new website, especially as we updated it again this summer!” states Katy.

New Zealander Katy joined Full Mix Marketing after a period with another successful Norwich-based marketing agency, having come to the UK to live in 2017.

Katy brought considerable creativity and experience to the ambitious marketing agency, gained in a number of previous roles in Wellington, New Zealand’s capital city.

“Given the visual contribution Katy has made to every client we’ve supported, it’s impossible to imagine the success we’ve experienced over the last four years without her fantastic input” says James West, Co-founder and Director.

Katy plays a pivotal role in the Full Mix Marketing team, taking a lead on graphic design for branding, web design, emails, mailers, brochures, social media and other marketing.

“It’s surprising to look back at all the clients I’ve created design work for over the last four years – and great to see that we continue to work with and support so many of them!” adds Katy.

In the last four years, Katy has produced artwork for products and services as diverse as gas measurement technology, underfloor heating, recruitment and project management.

Alongside her colleagues, Katy’s graphic design work for Essex Sexual Health Service has recently helped Full Mix Marketing earn a shortlisting for a prestigious 2023 DMA (Data & Marketing Association) Award.

“Katy not only understands great visual design but also great marketing. What she creates works so well for our clients, often giving their marketing a fresh look and communicating so clearly to their target customers” adds James.

Outside of work, Katy uses her artistic flare to create unique photo collages which are beginning to earn her significant recognition amongst the artistic community and have even featured on music album covers.

In addition, Katy has recently rekindled her passion for netball and joined Stalham Falcons.

“My eldest son is becoming a fantastic under 16s rugby player and inspired me to dust off my sneakers and hit the court! At first it tested my fitness but now I’m absolutely loving flying around in Goal Defence!” says Katy.

Established in 2016, Full Mix Marketing has fast become East Anglia’s leading B2B marketing agency, focusing on supporting businesses and organisations who provide products or services to other companies, organisations or professionals.

For some clients, the agency provides individual elements of digital, strategic, creative and traditional marketing, whilst for others it acts as their entire outsourced marketing department.

“Katy is incredibly cheerful, positive and fun to work with. Not even the grey Norfolk weather can bring her down! Whatever the challenge or deadline, she frequently remarks that everything will be OK and it always is!” concludes James.
