The team at Full Mix Marketing have been toasting three successful years since Graphic and Website Designer, Katy Williamson, joined East Anglia’s leading B2B marketing agency.
Despite global events, the designer’s colleagues believe recent years have raced by as Katy has become ‘part of our DNA’.
And now she’s re-embarking on an important project which brings her full circle.
“When I joined just before Christmas 2019, my first project was to help rebrand the agency and create our new website. It’s been very successful and now we’re embarking on an exciting redesign” states Katy.
Katy moved to the UK five years ago, where her younger brother had already settled. Her sister and mother have since move over to join Katy and her two young sons.
With extensive experience delivering graphic design in a number of environments, Katy worked with another leading Norfolk design agency before joining B2B-specialists Full Mix Marketing.
One of Katy’s initial tasks was to help the then budding marketing agency build a new website, which was launched during the first national lockdown in March 2020.
“As we recommend to others, we identified our typical client and designed a website to appeal to their needs. We’ve subsequently developed a lot, our typical client has changed a little and it’s time to repeat the process” adds Katy.
Katy plays a pivotal role in the Full Mix Marketing team, taking a lead on graphic design including for branding, web design, email marketing, brochures, direct mailers and social media images.
In the last three years she has produced artwork for projects as diverse as launching new greenhouse control technology, branding an economic development area and creating a public health advertising campaign for free condoms.
“It’s been three years and an amazing amount of creativity. Katy is great at problem solving design challenges and producing marketing which not only looks great but works really effectively for our clients” states James West, co-founder and director of Full Mix Marketing.
Full Mix Marketing aim to launch their new website in Spring 2023.
“The website which Katy helped design was so important but it no longer reflects or showcases where we are. We need a springboard for 2023 and Katy’s produced some amazing designs which we’ll all work together to bring to life” adds James.
Outside of work, Katy uses her artistic flare to produce unique photo collages. In the last year, she has designed album covers for a rising-star DJ in California and been commission to create a collage for the star of a Netflix show.
Katy’s eldest son, who was born in New Zealand, has also began playing under 16’s rugby.
“I was never much of a rugby fan but I guess it’s in our DNA. My son has come to it himself and I’m slowly turning into one of those parents who shouts great advice from the sidelines!” says Katy.
Established in 2016, Full Mix Marketing has fast become East Anglia’s leading B2B marketing agency, focusing on supporting businesses and organisations who provide products or services to other companies, organisations or professionals.
For some clients, the agency provides individual elements of digital, strategic, creative and traditional marketing, whilst for others it acts as their entire outsourced marketing department.
