As she marks two years at East Anglia’s leading B2B marketing agency, Full Mix Marketing’s Alex Catchpool is also celebrating her promotion to Senior Marketing Executive.

Having joined the firm in June 2022, she has gone on to win the confidence and respect of not only her colleagues but a number of the firm’s clients who’s marketing she now manages.

In recognition for her growing role at Full Mix Marketing, Alex has now been elevated to Senior Marketing Executive.

“Alex joined us as a talented content writer, keen to learn and experience more about marketing. In two years, she’s taken on new challenges, worked consistently hard and filled us with confidence. Her new status is richly deserved” says James West, Director and Co-founder of Full Mix Marketing.

With a first-class degree in history, Alex joined Full Mix Marketing after gaining experience working in marketing for the UK’s largest mail-order seed company and a rapidly growing online retailer of gifts and jewellery.

As Marketing Executive, she began at Full Mix Marketing by focusing on her passion for creating compelling content marketing, including press releases and blogs for clients in diverse areas like retail planning software and underfloor heating.

However, confidence in her abilities soon led to her taking on overall account management responsibility for a number of new clients.

“I wanted an opportunity to develop in a supportive environment and that’s what I found. Working closely with clients on all their marketing is very rewarding as I can see the positive impact of what we deliver and our contribution to their success” says Alex.

Full Mix Marketing have become the East Anglia’s leading business-to-business (B2B) marketing agency and work with clients across the UK, in areas including manufacturing, engineering, technology, logistics and business services.

Their multi-skilled team deliver all aspects of digital, strategic, creative and traditional (non-digital) marketing and often act as their clients’ entire marketing department.

As she marks two successful years at Full Mix Marketing, Alex has also been joined by a number of young colleagues similarly keen to learn and progress.

“As an ambitious business, you hope to find talented people to develop into a team which will take you forward. Alex has embodied that and, being calm, methodical and creative, it’s lovely to see our newest colleagues now turn to her for advice and support” concludes James.
