Each year, Incodia produce more than 300 million gift, loyalty and membership cards for leading brands including Amazon, Sainsburys, Costa, Next, Netflix, Boots and Tesco.

They also send millions of personalised loyalty and membership cards direct to consumers.

Established over 30 years, CPI Card Group became Incodia in 2018. They sought strategic marketing support to grow the new brand in an increasingly competitive marketplace.


Reliant on long term relationships with many of the UK’s biggest brands, retailers and membership organisations, Incodia wanted proactive marketing to attract new clients and counteract rising competition.

Incodia sought both strategic advice and an outsourced team to deliver digital and creative marketing on their behalf.

Working closely with the senior team, we developed a marketing strategy to quickly achieve the strategic objectives of the retail and trade divisions.  

Flexing to minimise the impact of the pandemic and lockdowns, we worked with the sales team to prioritise proactive campaigns including social media, public relations and direct marketing to target companies.

Keen to diversify, we also helped the leadership team identify and explore new opportunities in parallel markets including packaging.
